My Story

From an early age, movement became my second language. I've been dancing since the age of three, but I’ve always loved trying new things and picking up random hobbies along the way. Last November, I signed up for a half marathon on a whim—ran it with no training—and haven’t really run since. Since my family moved to Oregon a few years ago, summers have turned me into an avid hiker, tackling a new trail almost every day before heading back to school and forgetting about it until the next year. Other movement practices I’ve dabbled in include indoor cycling, bouldering, yoga, paddle boarding, and pilates. My dance journey and variety of interests has led me to believe that any exercise is good exercise as long as you enjoy what you are doing. The secret to getting the results that you want is consistency— and there is nothing better than waking up each day and getting excited to move your body. As an NASM certified personal trainer, I work with clients one-on-one to see how physical activity fits into their daily lives, as well as what exercises are needed to yield their desired results. I specialize in strength training using different modalities such as dumbbells, barbells, resistance bands, machines, cables, and bodyweight exercises to build programs that are effective, sustainable, and empowering.

Health comes in many different styles, sizes, and forms, and looks different for everyone. My diverse approach to fitness and personal training allows for each client to receive a specifically curated program to fit their individual needs. While I specialize in female dancers/athletes supplementing their current training, I also have experience working with older individuals recovering from illness, injury, and/or trying to maintain mobility and muscle mass.
