“While You Shift” is rooted in my ongoing exploration of the body’s core...its sensations, tensions, and emotional resonance. I’ve been curious about how our internal landscapes shape the ways we perceive, connect, and move through the world. This process has become a way of investigating how inner change becomes visible and how subtle shifts within us can ripple outward into space, relationship, and shared rhythm.

As the work evolved, themes of connection and reciprocity began to surface naturally. I’ve watched genuine relationships form within the cast, and those connections have become an essential part of the choreography. The movement continues to be guided by an investigation into core-driven initiation points...how energy gathers, releases, and transforms eventually revealing the delicate balance between tension and release, individuality and unity.
